For years past we hosted Christmas Eve at my house with my mom's family and Christmas Day with my dad's family. This year, that's all changing because of so many different circumstances and I'll be with my mom for both days... but instead of hosting Christmas Eve we're going out to dinner!
My family loves to go out to dinner and going out for Christmas has always been a topic of conversation. Those dreams are coming true this year and honestly, I'm excited! I'm mostly excited for the chance to dress up and feel fancy at a restaurant on Christmas.
That being said, I was searching for the perfect, chic Christmas outfit for the past few weeks and I definitely found it. I'll be wearing this Abercrombie Satin Blazer Dress with tights and I'm so excited. All year I've been trying to experiment with my personal style and I think stepping outside my comfort zone just enough with different materials and pieces while still remaining true to what makes me feel good is key.
That is definitely what the blazer dress gives me: it's black, flowy and I can wear something underneath without feeling overexposed.
